survive Colorado.

Hail, 70 mph gusts, 300 days of UV. We build for all of it. Since 2009 Ironcrest has replaced, repaired and storm-proofed more than 4,000 roofs across the Front Range — and we still answer the phone ourselves.

Ironcrest foreman walking a homeowner through the inspection report

Why Ironcrest

The contractor still standing when the storm chasers leave.

After every big hail event, a hundred out-of-state trucks show up in Denver. Ninety of them are gone by spring. We've been at the same address since 2009 — and our warranty is only worth something if we're still here to honour it.

A real inspection, not a sales call

Drone footage plus a physical walk. You get the photo report by email whether you hire us or not.

Our own crews. No mystery subs.

W-2 employees in Ironcrest shirts, background checked, on our insurance. You'll meet the foreman before day one.

Fixed written price

The number on the proposal is the number on the invoice. Change orders only happen if you sign one.

10-year workmanship warranty

On top of the manufacturer's 50-year material coverage. Transferable once if you sell the house.

How it goes

Four steps. About three weeks. Usually one day of noise.

Inspection

We photograph every slope, valley and penetration, then send you a plain-English report. Free, and yours to keep.

Proposal

Fixed price, material options side by side, and a straight answer on repair-versus-replace. No same-day-only discounts.

Install day

Crew arrives 6:30 AM, dumpster and magnet sweep included. Most single-family roofs are done before dinner.

Sign-off

Foreman walks the property with you, files the warranty registration, and we don't invoice until you're happy.

Three companies told me I needed a full replacement. Ironcrest found two cracked boots and charged me $340. That is the whole review.

The May hail wrecked us. They met my State Farm adjuster on the roof, caught $9,000 in missed line items, and had the new roof on in six weeks.

Crew showed at 6:30, gone by 5, and I could not find a single nail in the grass afterwards. My wife checked. Twice.

Where we work

The whole Front Range, 30 miles out from the yard.

We deliberately keep a tight radius. It means a crew can be at your house the same day when something goes wrong — and it means we run into our customers at the grocery store, which is a decent incentive to do the job properly.

Not sure if it's a repair or a replacement?

Neither are we until we're up there. The inspection is free and there's no pitch at the end of it.
