Book the free inspection.

A real person answers between 7 AM and 6 PM. Outside those hours the storm line goes to whoever is on call — not a voicemail box nobody checks.

Water coming in right now?

The more you give us here, the more useful the first visit is. Photos help enormously — even bad phone ones taken from the ground.

    Before you send it

    Quick answers.

    Is the inspection really free?

Yes, and there's no catch attached to it. You get the full photo report by email whether or not you hire us, and we're happy for you to take it to another contractor for a second opinion.

Will someone knock on my door afterwards?

No. We don't door-knock, we don't cold call, and we don't sell your details. One follow-up call about your quote, and that's the end of it unless you get back in touch.

Do I need to talk to my insurer first?

It's usually better not to. Get the damage documented first, then decide whether a claim is worth filing. We'll give you the evidence and an honest read on whether it clears your deductible.

How soon can you actually get out here?

Inside the 15-mile ring, usually within 48 hours. Further out, about a week. After a major hail event, expect longer — but emergency tarping always jumps the queue.

    Rather just talk to someone?

Call the office and you'll get a person who has been on a roof, not a call centre reading a script.
