Questions

Things people ask
before booking

01 How quickly can you start?

Design work usually starts within two weeks of you approving the quote. Build slots run four to eight weeks out depending on the season — spring is always the busiest. Maintenance and lawn rounds can normally pick you up the following week.

02 Do you charge for the first visit or the quote?

No. The site visit, the measure-up and the written quote are all free, with no obligation attached. We would rather tell you honestly that a job is not worth doing than sell you one that is not.

03 Is there a minimum contract on maintenance?

No contract and no tie-in. Most clients settle into fortnightly or monthly visits, but you can pause over winter or stop entirely with two weeks’ notice.

04 What happens if the weather stops you?

Ground-work and planting we reschedule — forcing either in the wet does long-term damage. You get a new date within the week and you are never charged for a visit that did not happen.

05 Do you clear up and take everything away?

Always, and on the same day. Green waste, spoil, packaging and offcuts all leave with us. We are a licensed waste carrier, so nothing is fly-tipped on your behalf.

06 Can you work to a plan someone else drew?

Yes, and we are happy to. We will read it properly, flag anything that will not survive in your soil or aspect, then price and build it.
