How quickly can you start?
Usually within three to five working days for residential work, and we hold a couple of slots each week for urgent move-out cleans. Commercial contracts take a little longer because we walk the site first.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Always. You do not need to leave anything out for us. If you would prefer we used a specific product on a particular surface, leave it out with a note and we will use that instead.
Is the quote really fixed?
Yes. We quote by the space rather than the hour, so a job taking longer than expected is our problem, not your invoice. The only time a price changes is if you add rooms or services, and we confirm that with you first.
What happens if I am not happy?
Tell us within 48 hours and we come back and redo whatever fell short, at no charge. If you are still not happy after that, you do not pay for that visit.
