We keep a tight radius on purpose — it's the only way to hold a fixed schedule and still get to a storm callout the same week. If you're just outside the list, call anyway; we'll tell you honestly whether we can service it properly.
7:00am until 6:00pm. Crews roll out at 7:30, so calls before then reach the office rather than a voicemail.
8:00am until 2:00pm. Mostly quotes and catch-up visits pushed by weather earlier in the week.

Card, bank transfer, or cheque, invoiced after the work is finished. Larger installs are split into a deposit and a completion payment.
