EverGreen started in 2009 with two agents, one office above a bakery in Denver, and a shared frustration: every transaction they had been through as buyers felt designed for the seller. So they rebuilt it the other way round.
Today we run six regional desks, but the operating rule has not changed — an agent handles no more than eight active clients, so nobody becomes a file number. It is slower. It is also why four out of five of our sales now come from a referral.

Selling
Staging, photography and floor plans handled in-house. Your listing is priced against live market data, not against what you hope it is worth.
Investment
Rental yield modelling, neighbourhood growth data and a five-year hold projection so the return is on paper before the deposit leaves your account.
Closing
Inspections, appraisal, title and lender coordination run by one point of contact. Most of our closings complete inside 34 days.

1 — Brief. A ninety-minute sit-down covering budget, commute, schools and the things you would never put in a form.
2 — Shortlist. Six to ten properties, each with the reason it made the cut and the reason it might not work.
3 — Offer. We handle negotiation and give you the walk-away number before we start, not after.
4 — Close. One coordinator, weekly written updates, keys in hand.
