Common questions

How long does a change take?

A person makes every edit and checks it before it goes live. Most straightforward changes are done within two business days; we will tell you if something needs longer.

Who owns my domain?

You do. A domain you already own stays in your registrar account under your name — we only tell you which records to change.

What happens when my trial ends?

Nothing is charged automatically. We email you before the trial ends, and your site stays exactly as it is until you tell us to continue.

Can I cancel?

Any time, and we will help you move the site somewhere else if you want to keep it.
